Tabula Rasa - Image 1An enterprising person has managed to upload a pretty long video presentation of NCSoft's upcoming MMORPG epic Tabula Rasa. We couldn't find a way to embed it, so we're just settling for a "read" link today.

Richard Gariott's also on hand during the presentation to give a sort of running commentary on what's happening on screen.

Gariott points out the game's innovations, including what he likes to call a "fast paced real-time and tactical combat system," where players have to actually pay attention to what their allies and enemies are doing as well as what they're doing in a given combat situation.

The video also shows a preview of how a mission goes in Tabula Rasa, in this case, an assault on a Bane stronghold that's churning out Bane-ified soldiers. We also got to see a bit of Tabula Rasa's game mechanics, including the Fallout Tactics-esque "crouching increases your hit probability while making it harder for others to hit you" feature.

To check out the shaky-cam video, click on the "read" link below.
