Most often than not, MMORPG titles carry unexpected bugs that are only determined by players in the live servers. This is not to say that the game didn't undergo testing and the same goes for NCsoft's Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa.
Since the game was released, the developers have implemented several fixes and patches. To further help them out, the Tabula Rasa Quality Assurance team provided these tips when reporting bugs to them:
- Please check out the known issues list after each patch.
- When reporting problems with an NPC or Monster, please put the
NPC/Monsters full name in the subject; i.e. “Shaman Leilo stuck in
wall”
- When reporting problems with a mission, please put the full name of
the mission in the subject; i.e. “Problem with Keymaster of Tocastra
mission and Airman Hamilton”
- If possible add the location as well as the map in the bug
description. To get the location type ‘/loc’ in the chat window. It
will appear above the minimap.
- Do not generate a /bug or /petition for being stuck. Use the /stuck command instead.
- Please always state if the bug you found was when you were playing
in a squad or playing solo. If with a squad, how many people it
contained.
We hope these tips will encourage players to report bugs in Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa to make the game better for everybody else.
